How to make & No Guilt Mango Yoghurt
Cut up your fruit and freeze it before hand. After it’s frozen, add all the ingredients together and blend in your blender. Top with some fresh cut fruits or nuts. Enjoy right away or freeze,mix and refreeze two times for a more ice cream like texture. Use Greek Yoghurt for more creamy texture.
