How to make & Lauki daliya khichdi

Step-1

In a pressure cooker, add ghee, cumin seeds, chopped garlic & onion. Saute well. Add chopped lauki, tomato and spices (turmeric, red chilly & coriander powder)

Step-2

Add dalia and mix well. Adjust salt and add water as required. Pressure cook for 5mins

Step-3

Garnish with coriander leaves.
