How to make & Protein Pizza
Activate the yeast by adding it to luke warm water and the sugar.
Dry roast the soya chunks and then grind the soya chunks into a flour like powder
Mix the soy, wheat flour and the all purpose flour together.
Add the yeast water to the flour and make a dough out of it.
Set the dough aside for a minimum of 2 hours or overnight.
Roll the dough into a half an inch base and put into a preheated oven for 5 mins.
Take the base out and spread some butter and pizza sauce(optional) on it.
Now add the Mozzarella on the base and pop it into the oven for 20 mins at 150° C.
Voila its done add some salt, oregano and chilli flakes on it and its ready.
