No need to follow any specific measurement for this dish.. Add as per your macros. Any fruits of your choice.. Any cheese of your choice, I prefer D'lecta for this recipe.. Cheese slice and creame cheese will have slight change in macros.. Adjust carbs from fruit.. Macros just a app away on FITTR 😊 Ingredients : *Soft/creame cheese *Fruit of choice (banana, kiwi, strawberry, mango, avocado etc.) *Splenda / sugarfee /stevia/erythritol (optional) *Vanilla extract *Thick butter or thick coconut oil (optional) Mix everything in a blending jar and mix until smooth.. Pour into a mould Freeze until solid.. Can be stored in an airtight container in the freezer too.. I have used only cheese, kiwi n vanilla extract.. Enjoy, stay Happy and Healthy. p. S. - Macros for 100gm creme cheese 1 small kiwi if you add sweetner it will tastes like kulfi.
