Ingredients: Whole toor (pulses) - 50 grams Ghee 1 tea spoon Salt to taste Red chilli powder and spices of choice Coriander leaves for garnish Recipe: Soak pulses overnight in water. Boil them until soft in pressure cooker. In a separate pan add ghee, spices, boiled pulses. Cook for 5 mins. Garnish with coriander leaves and small finely chopped onion (optional).
