  • listcheck60 g Rice
  • listcheck10 g olive oil
  • listcheck2-3 Cilantro chopped
  • listcheck3-4 Garlic cloves
  • listcheck2 jalapeños
  • listcheck75 g Diced onion
  • listcheck100 g Bell peppers
  • listcheck40 g Corns
  • listcheck40 g Black Beans
  • listcheck35 g Salsa
  • listcheck2 tbps Taco seasoning
  • listcheckSalt as per taste
  • listcheckFew olives ( optional)
  • Method

  • Step-1
    In a heated pan , add Garlic , jalapeños , chopped onions and give it a stir.
  • Step-2
    Now add Bell peppers , Black beans ,corns , rice , salsa , salt , taco seasoning , chopped olives and mix it well
  • Step-3
    Add water and mix it well. Cover the lid and cook it well ( until it’s done )
  • Step-4
    Serve Warm and topped it with your favourite seasoning like avocado , shredded lettuce ,cheese salsa .
