  • listcheckDates syrup (made of 20gm dates)

  • Step-1
    Dry roast oats,almond,walnut let it cool and grind it coarse.
  • Step-2
    Add Dates syrup ,whey protein,cranberry,vanilla essence, cinnamon powder.
