Ingredients for 5 treasure Curry
- › Paneer 50 gm
- › Soya chunks 50 gm
- › Beans 30 gm
- › Green Peas 30 gm
- › Capsicum 30 gm
- › Onion 30 gm
- › Tomato 40 gm
- › 2 cloves of garlic,slice of Ginger,chilley,Curry leaves,coriander leaves
- › Oil 5 ml
- › Curry powder,salt
Method
1. Put cut onion,tomato,ginger and garlic in mixer and make a smooth paste
2. Heat oil in Pan and put curry leaves and chilley.Put the paste and wait till the oil get separated
3. Add cut Paneer,soya,peas,capsicum and bean.Add salt.Mix well and cook well for 10 mins.
4. Add coriander leaves on top and serve hot
