5 minute Microven Dhokla
- 60gm besan
- Eno/ fruit salt 1.5 tsp
- 30gm curd
- 5gm olive oil
- 5gm grated ginger
- 5gm chopped chilli
- Sugarfree as per taste
- Curry leaves
- 1 tsp mustard seeds
In a bowl, add besan, curd, salt, ginger grated, chopped chilli, sugarfree 1 tbsp or as per taste. Add only half the oil. Add water slowly.
Mix this well and make a batter which is neither very thick nor flowing.
Now add Eno/fruit salt and pour water on it.
Now mix the entire mixture very slowly. Dont whisk!
Now put this mixture in a microven proof bowl for 2.5mins. Keep some space for the batter to raise.
In the meanwhile, put the remaining oil in pan, put mustard seeds. Once splutters, add curry leaves, a whole chilly, 1 tsp sugarfree and 1/2 cup water.
Take the dhokla out of microven and pour the above mixture on dhokla. Serve hot.
