- › 1 cup rolled oats
- › 2 Cup unsweetened almond milk
- › 1 medium banana, mashed
- › 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- › 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- › Pinch of salt
1. combine all ingredients into a Small sauce Pain and turn heat to medium/high.
2. bring to a boil. then, turn the heat down to low /medium and continually for around three to five minutes as the oatmeal cooks and thicken.
3. once oatmeal is add the desired consistency,remove from heat,and serve immediately.
