  • listcheckchhole 30 gms
  • listcheckwheat flour 15 gms
  • listcheckwhite flour 15 gms
  • listcheckrava or suji 10 gms
  • listcheckbutter 25 gms
  • listchecktomato 1 medium
  • listcheckonion 1 small
  • listcheckturmeric
  • listcheckred chilly powder
  • listcheckgaram masala powder
  • listcheckkaali mirch 2.3
  • listcheckclove 1
  • listcheckgreen chilly
  • listcheckcoriander
  • listcheckoptional. lemon, chaat masala
  • listcheckcrushed ginger
  • Method

  • Step-1
    soak chhole overnight, boil it with salt
  • Step-2
    mix all three suji, wheat flour and white flour with salt and 5 gm butter. then knead it n keep aside for 10 min.
  • Step-3
    put 10 gm butter, add clove and kali mirch, then addchopped onion n let it fry
  • Step-4
    when oinion is pink add crushed ginger, salt, tomato , turmeric, red chilly powder n sauthe.
  • Step-5
    after it is done add green chilly, boiled chhole and garam masala n cook in low flame
  • Step-6
    add coriander, if u wish can add chat masala and lemon
  • Step-7
    take the dough roll small puries and fry in nitter in a shallow karahi. 2 puries will consume approx 10 gms butter

    serve hot n enjoy
