Balanced meal with the balance of protein, carbs and fibre

Ingredients

  • listcheckPaneer - 40 grams
  • listcheckWheat flour - 30 grams
  • listcheckVeggies - cabbage, onion, carrot and leafy veggies
  • listcheckSpices - finely chopped green chillies, red chilli powder, amchur powder, turmeric powder and salt to taste
  • Method

  • Step-1
    Make a dough out of wheat flour
  • Step-2
    In a separate bowl, prepare stuffing
  • Step-3
    Grate Paneer and then add veggies and spices to it
  • Step-4
    Mix well and place the stuffing in the prepared dough
  • Step-5
    Roll the dough and put it on pan to cook it
  • Step-6
    Once cooked, serve it with ketchup and chutney
