How to make & Schezwan Paneer Cheese balls with Sambhar

Step-1

Prepare Paneer Schezwan Balls

Step-2

Grate 40 grams Paneer

Step-3

Add 1 tblsp Schzwan chutney

Step-4

Add 2 tblsp besan for binding

Step-5

Mix well

Step-6

Prepare balls out of it and place small cheese cubes in the ball

Balls are ready to fry

Prepare Sambhar

Step-9

Saute Bottle Gourd and Onions in 1/2 teaspoon oil

Step-10

Boil the toor dal and add sauted veggies in it

Step-11

Add spices - Sambhar Masala, Chilli Powder, turmeric and Salt to taste

Let the dal cook for 10 minutes

Step-13

Presentation- Take a bowl and add the cooked balls. Pour some sambhar over it.

And the dish is ready
