How to make & Bread Poha
Break bread in small chunks in a bowl and sprinkle some water over it...keep aside.
Take ghee in a kadhai...let it heat ..put peanuts and saute them till change in color. Take peanuts out of the kadhai.
Now in the same ghee add rai, slit green chilli and kadi patta...after the rai crackles...add sliced onions..saute till lil transparent.
Add tomato, salt, turmeric ...saute for a while...then add peanuts, bread chunks and mix well.... Garnish with some fresh coriander
