The grudge free less than 100 kcal cream of mushroom soup. P.s You may add boiled eggs to it for enhancing the nutrional profile and maida/corn flour to make the consistency a little thick

Ingredients

  • listcheckMushroom (100 GM's)
  • listcheckOnion (12 GM's)
  • listcheckFresh Cream (5gms)
  • listcheckButter (5gms)
  • listcheckSalt and Italian Spices such as Oregano, Seasoning, Parsley
  • Method

  • Step-1
    Cut mushroom and onion in small pieces.
  • Step-2
    Add butter to pan and saute mushroom.
  • Step-3
    Now take grinder the mushroom in a grinder
  • Step-4
    With leftover butter in the pan, saute onion
  • Step-5
    Add grinded mushroom to onion and saute for a while
  • Step-6
    Add water
  • Step-7
    once the water is boiled, add salt black pepper and other iitalian spices as you may like
  • Step-8
    Add fresh cream and serve with a smile :)
  • Step-9
    Bonus Step : add boiled egg to make the nutritional profile more dense. You may add few GM's of maida/cournflour to make the consistency more thick.
