  • listcheck1 scoop mango flavour whey protein
  • listcheck50 gms peeled beetroot
  • listcheck10 gms walnuts
  • listcheck200-300 ml of water

  • Step-1
    Take a peeled beetroot and cut it into quarters.
  • Step-2
