  • listcheckPaneer - 30 grams
  • listcheckVeggies - Cucumber, tomato, onion, methi, Coriander
  • listcheckSpices - Ginger, Chilli powder, Salt as per taste
  • listcheckCheese - 1 cube
  • Method

  • Step-1
    Soak split moong dal for 2 hours
  • Step-2
    Add ginger to soaked dal and grind it
  • Step-3
    Add Paneer to batter
  • Step-4
    Add veggies of your choice
  • Step-5
    Add spices
  • Step-6
    Heat the pan and spread the batter
  • Step-7
    Grate the cheese once semi cooked

    Dosa are ready to eat..!!!
