How to make & Chicken Curry

Step-1

Step 1 : Cut chicken breast (300g) into smal cubes.

Step-2

Step 2 : Marinate cubes with Indian spices and fresh cream (10gms)

Step-3

Step 3 : Use air fryer to cook the chicken for about 15 minutes. (If air fryer is not available, then simply boil the chicken cubes for 5 minutes without marinating and adding fresh cream).

Step-4

Step 4 : Take 120 gms onion, curry leaves, ginger and some green chilly and grind it to form a paste.

Step-5

Step 5 : Use 10 butter and melt it in a pan.

Step-6

Step 6 : Now cook the paste as made in step 4 till it gets golden brown.

Step-7

Step 7 : Take 50gms totmatoes and grind it to make its paste.

Step-8

Step 8 : When the onion paste is golden brown, add Indian spices such as garam masala, dhaniya powder, Red chilly, Garam masala etc and roast it and add tomato paste to it and cook.

Step-9

Step 9 : Add water and boil.

Step-10

Step 10 : Add air fryed/boiled/raw chicken cubes and wait until it cooks.

Step-11

Step 11 : This step is only required to make the gravy thick. Add a cheese slice and mix until it is mixed thoroughly. In the end add 20 gms fresh cream.

Step-12

Step 12 : Add kasturi methi and dhaniya to garnish it.
