Egg Curry Rice- quick and under 500 kcal plate!

Ingredients

  • listcheckEggs 3 whole
  • listcheckRice 60 gms
  • listcheckGhee 10 gms
  • listcheckOnion 1 medium
  • listcheckTomato 1 medium
  • listcheckGreen chilli 2
  • listcheckGinger Garlic paste
  • Method

  • Step-1
    Boil Eggs
  • Step-2
    Add ghee to a pan ,followed by onion and cook until golden brown
  • Step-3
    Add ginger garlic paste and cook for 5 mins
  • Step-4
    Add chopped ripe tomato and cook for 10 mins on a medium flame Add salt, Red chilli Powder and turmeric
  • Step-5
    Blend the mixture into a coarse paste.
  • Step-6
    add chicken/garam masala and cook for 5 mins
  • Step-7
    Add Eggs are serve with steamed rice and choice of veggies.
