Step-1In one pan add 5gms ghee, ginger garlic paste and green chilly. Saute it nicely for 2 min. Then add curry leaves to it. Again saute for 5min.
Step-2Step 1 to be added in grinder n grate it for fine paste.
Step-3Then take big bowl and add 40gms wheat flour and den add step to and make nice smooth dough
Step-4Keep this dough aside for 15min
Step-5Then make chapati n put 3gms of ghee on it
