Ingredients

  • listcheckHandful of curry leaves
  • listcheckGinger garlic paste
  • listcheckGreen chillies 4-5
  • listcheckSalt
  • listcheckWheat flour 40gms
  • listcheckGhee 8gms
  • Method

  • Step-1
    In one pan add 5gms ghee, ginger garlic paste and green chilly. Saute it nicely for 2 min. Then add curry leaves to it. Again saute for 5min.
  • Step-2
    Step 1 to be added in grinder n grate it for fine paste.
  • Step-3
    Then take big bowl and add 40gms wheat flour and den add step to and make nice smooth dough
  • Step-4
    Keep this dough aside for 15min
  • Step-5
    Then make chapati n put 3gms of ghee on it
