How to make & Soya sabzi
1. Take ghee in a kadhai , let it get warm then add sliced onions and saute it till soft...then add chopped tomatoes, capsicum and peas. Add salt as per ur taste...cover it..let the veggies cook for a while.
After the veggies are cooked , now add 1 sachet of Maggie masala-e magic..mix well...now add the soya granules and water as required..l et the granules soak water . saute for a minute ..n it's ready.
For more taste you can also add some lemon juice and chopped coriander. and enjoy with garma garam paranthe...it's awesome..trust me
