How to make & Oaty Omelette (No oil)

Step-1

Dry roast the oats until it’s light golden brown in a nonstick pan.

Step-2

Beat egg and egg white in a bowl adding salt.

Step-3

Layout the oats evenly and then spread the eggs mixture.

Step-4

Cover the lid for 2 mins and let it cook. Switch off the flame. After that make it stand still for other 2 minutes.

Step-5

Take it in a plate and top with pepper and red chilly powder. Enjoy 😋
