Incorporating soyabean granules for breakfast in this super easy and quick recipe, can also be enjoyed as a snack. This breakfast recipe is enjoyed all over India and has regional influence on the ingredients. I made it in a Healthier and Quantified manner🤟 Prepration time: 5 minutes Cooking Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients

  • listcheckSoyabean Granules: 30g
  • listcheckPohe/Rice flakes: 30g
  • listcheckGhee/Oil: 10g
  • listcheckOnion: 1 small
  • listcheckMix veggies: as per choice
  • listcheckGreen chillies, Curry leaves and Mustard seed
  • listcheckMasalas: Dhania powder, Red chilli powder, Garam masala, Amchoor and salt to taste
  • Method

  • Step-1
    Prepration: 1. Boil soyabean granules and squeeze out excess water 2. Soak Pohe for a minute and drain out excess water 3. Blanche the veggies (put them in hot water for 2-3 mins)
  • Step-2
    In a pan add ghee and heat it. Add mustard seeds and let them crackle. Add onion and sautee for 2 minutes.
  • Step-3
    Add green chillies and curry leaves & sautee for 1 minute
  • Step-4
    Add the veggies and cook for 3-4 minutes. Add the masalas and give a good mix.
  • Step-5
    Finally add soyabean and Pohe and mix everything well. Cover the pan and switch off the flame. Let it sit in the build up steam for 4-5 minutes and serve hot!!
