This recipe is for fish lovers who likes to try out different types of fish dishes . I used pabda fish( u can use any kind of fish for this recipe). I used around 800 gm of fish for this recipe but I will give macro for 200 gm.

Ingredients

  • listcheckFish 200 gm
  • listcheckYoghurt 100 gm
  • listcheckTurmeric
  • listcheckNigella seeds
  • listcheckKasuri methi half full
  • listcheckSalt
  • listcheckFresh Garlic paste 10 gm
  • listcheckOil
  • listcheckJeera powder 1 teaspoon
  • listcheckGaram masala 1 quarter spoon
  • Method

  • Step-1
    Wash the fish thoroughly and mix all the mentioned spices and curd in a mix.
  • Step-2
    Pre heat the oven. Take a baking tray and grease it with mustard oil. Coat the fish with the batter and place it on the baking tray. Pour the remaining spice mix on top.
  • Step-3
    Bake the fish for around 25 minutes and it’s done.
