How to make & Baked chicken keema cutlet
Mix the minced meat with all the mentioned spices and keep it for 5 minutes.
Make cutlet type/ finger/ round shapes and roll the cutlet in breadcrumbs. I prefer cutlet shape as it needs very less oil to get cooked and infact if you bake them also it gets well cooked.
Grease a pan 4ml ghee and put it on medium flame.
Place the cutlet and cover it with a lid till it gets brown in one side. It won’t take more than 4-5 minutes. Flip it to the other side. At this point before flipping grease a bit more ghee with a brush and cook it for 3-4 minutes with the lid on.
Now when both sides are a bit browned, put the cutlets in a pre heated oven for 10 minutes at 180 degrees.
Less oil and high protein chicken keema cutlets are ready to be served. Enjoy it with your friends and families.
