CHANA SOYA TIKKI- Soya granules are combined with lentils (kabuli chana) and mint and made into tikkis. By incorporating soya and lentils into your vegetarian or vegan recipes you can instantly increase the protein in the dish and create a filling meal. Preparation Time: 30 minutes Cooking Time: 10 minutes Servings: 5 Cutlets INGREDIENTS Kabuli Chana, boiled 60g Soya Nuggets, boiled and ground coarsely 20g Mint Leaves , chopped 1 tsp Chhole Masala 1 tsp Ginger, grated 1 tsp Green Chilli Paste 1 tsp Lemon Juice 1/2 tsp Salt to taste Oil 10g DIRECTIONS 1) Take all the ingredients in a deep bowl and mash them well. 2) Divide the dough into equal portions and mould them into desired shape. 3) Grill or shallow fry the tikkis. 4) Serve hot with mint chutney.
