How to make & Mango custard
Boil the milk and add stevia to it
Mix custard powder with warm milk and make a consistent paste in a bowl.
Add custard paste to the boiling milk and mix it.
After sometime, the milk will start getting thicker.
In a meanwhile, cut mangoes and put it in the fridge.
After 10-15minutes, switch off the gas and let it settle down.
Once the custard is at room temperature , keep it in the fridge
While serving, add mangoes to the custard.
