Of course change masalas as per the main ingredient.. Ingredients : Cauliflower cut into florets Green garlic pods Onion Green chilly Red n yellow bell peppers Salt Khada masala(clove,peppers,cinnamon stick, bay leaf) Cumin seeds Coriander to garnish. Oil Method: Grind (to crumbs texture) cauliflower with the help of grinder or food processor.. Take a 1tsp oil to the pan Add chopped garlic and onions. Saute for a while.. Add caulicrumbs and cook it on a slow flame (when you add less oil, it is essential to cook on slow flame so it doesn't get stick to the pan. We are not adding any water here). Once it's cooked add salt and bell peppers.. Garnish with coriander... It does taste good as it is..
