How to make & Chicken Masala, Baingan Bharta,Jeera aalu & Rice

Step-1

For Chicken Only

Step-2

Step 1 - Add Ghee to a pan

Step-3

Step 2- Add choppen onion followed by ginger garlic paste and cook until light brown.

Step-4

Step 3- Add chicken and cook for 10 mins on high flame

Step-5

step 4 - Add salt,Jeera powder and cook for 2 mins

Step-6

Step 5 - Add grated tomato and cook for 5 mins

Step-7

Step 6- Add garam masala and cook for 2 mins and add a cup of water. Cook for few minus and put a lif on the pan and cook further for 5-7 mins

Step-8

Step 7 - Garnish with Corainder and serve with rice and veggies
