Recipe: 1. Add 5 g butter in a cooker and whole garam masala( half cinnamon stick, 1 cardamom, 2 clove), 1 bay leaf, 2 cloves of garlic sauté well. 2. Add half sliced onion and 150 g veggies of your choice(french beans, carrot, capsicum, broccoli/cauliflower florets). Sauté for 5 mins. 3. Now add 100g chicken and salt to taste. Cook it for 5 minuets more. 4. Add 1 cup water and pepper powder. 5. Wait for 2-3 whistles and its done.
