Step-1Soak soya chunks in hot water for 10 mins
Step-2In a pressure cooker, add ghee, once hot add cumin seeds. Add the dalia. Mix well
Step-3Add the chopped cabbage, soaked soya chunks and peas.
Step-4Add salt, turmeric powder, red chilly powder and coriander powder. Mix all well and add water.
Step-5Set it cook for 5mins or for two full whistle. Serve hot.
