Ingredients

  • listcheck25gm broken wheat (dalia)
  • listcheck5gm ghee
  • listcheck100 gm chopped cabbage
  • listcheck15 gms peas
  • listcheck20gm soya chunks
  • Method

  • Step-1
    Soak soya chunks in hot water for 10 mins
  • Step-2
    In a pressure cooker, add ghee, once hot add cumin seeds. Add the dalia. Mix well
  • Step-3
    Add the chopped cabbage, soaked soya chunks and peas.
  • Step-4
    Add salt, turmeric powder, red chilly powder and coriander powder. Mix all well and add water.
  • Step-5
    Set it cook for 5mins or for two full whistle. Serve hot.
