CHOCOLATE SANDESH: Chocolate Sandesh is a delicious sweet from West Bengal with a chocolaty twist. This melt in the mouth bengali delicacy is delightful, guilt free, gluten free, low calorie dessert that is worth trying. It can be easily made at home without much efforts. PREPARATION TIME: 10 minutes SERVINGS: 2 INGREDIENTS: Paneer 50g, crumbled and mashed Chocolate Whey 5g Milk 20 ml Stevia 2 to 3 drops(adjust according to your taste) Choco Chips (optional) Chocolate / Vanilla Essence METHOD: 1) Dissolve the whey in milk and knead it well with paneer. Mix in stevia and essence and knead again. 2) Heat a nonstick pan and stir the above mixture till the moisture evaporates. Do not overdo or else it may turn grainy and you won't be able to mould them. 3) Transfer it on a plate. Apply some ghee on your palm, mould them into desired shape when the dough is still warm. 4) Garnish with choco chips.
