You can put fruits for sweetness. I prefer without it. also one can add nuts and seeds but I make it without them...and use the fruits and nuts to munch later in the day

Ingredients

  • listcheckOats 100gm
  • listcheckCurd 300gm
  • listcheckWater 150ml
  • Method

  • Step-1
    Night: Put Oats in a bowl.
  • Step-2
    Add water and curd to it
  • Step-3
    Mix it well enough not to leave any plumps
  • Step-4
    let it soak in a refrigerator over night.
  • Step-5
    Next Morning: Put 2 scoops of Whey protein
  • Step-6
    Blend it and serve
