how delightful to taste 2 mangoes at a time and get your protiens too . aambyat aamba kulfi is a mixture of taste 2 varieties of mango to make a delightful dish . choose 2 different mangoes of your choice . take one mango and take 50 gm pulp , mix it with 1 scoop of unflavoured whey and water and half tea spoon of vanilla essence. may add sweetner if needed. mix it well . take the second mango , just cut the top of mango ( keep it aside will require it again) remove the seed carefully cutting through the edges of the seed(guhi ) . fill the remaining pulp inside . put the mango in a bowl . now pour the mixture inside the mango , cover the top of mango again . refrigerate for 4-5 hours . peel of the outer layer of mango . cut into horizontal slices . enjoy

  • Method

  • Step-1
    take one mango 50 GM's pulp + 1 scoop whey unflavoured + water + 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • Step-2
    mix it well. keep aside
  • Step-3
    take second mango, remove it seed
  • Step-4
    pour the mixture inside
  • Step-5
    cool for 4-5 hours
  • Step-6
    remove the outer layer
  • Step-7
    cut horizontal slices and enjoy
