Chicken lasagna my specialty... and guess what the ultra thin sheets of lasagna rolled by me are hardly having 50 GM flour Ingredients : for lasagna sheets Egg: 1 oil: 1 tbsp salt: 1/4 tsp water 15 ml flour : 1/2 cup 1. sift the flour and salt together and mound it on a table 2. make a well in the centre and break the eggs into it. add oil 3. knead approx 5 min until smooth. 4. roll it into ultra thin transparent square sheets and submerge in boiling water. filling the filling can be made of chicken or Paneer minced chicken 100 gm tomato 2 extra virgin olive oil 10 gm onion 2 celery stalks 2 carrots 1 salt 1tsp freshly ground pepper 1tsp chilli flakes 1. make slits in tomato and blanch them in a little water. cool, peel the skin and crush them to smooth paste 2. in a large pot heat oil and saute the onion till translucent. add the carrot, celery, garlic salt pepper 3. add minced chicken, tomato paste, chilly flakes and cook, simmer uncovered till the sauce thicken
