How to make & Bhindi/Okra ki Sabzi

Step-1

Chopped Bhindi in whatever shape or size you like and put half tsp dried mango powder and keep it aside

Step-2

In a non-stick pan heat oil and put jeera and heeng and add onions and stir it for 5 mins on low flame.

Step-3

Now add tomatoes , salt and turmeric powder and stir it for 2 mins

Step-4

Add Bhindi now and cover it with lid for 10-15mins and keep checking. Make sure you cook it on low flame.

Step-5

Now add all the spices and cover for 5 mins.

Step-6

Ready to serve😊
