  • Step-1
    how to cook ? soak moongdal for about 2 hours and grind it to a dosa consistency , add salt and soda if preferred . On a hot griddle pour the mix and top with veggies and give a nice press so that veggies don't fall while flipping . Cover with lid in medium flame and cook for about 4 minutes and once the base is brown flip it and cover for another 3 minutes . before removing top with cheese and serve .
