Ingredients

  • listcheckSuji 40g
  • listcheckCurd 60g
  • listcheckCapsicum 20g
  • listcheckBeans 10g
  • listcheckOnion 10g
  • listcheckOil 5g
  • listcheckBaking powder 1/2 tsp
  • listcheckSalt
  • listcheckChilli flakes
  • listcheckChat masala
  • listcheckCumin seeds
  • Method

  • Step-1
    1.Mix curd and suji and let it rest for 10-15 min
  • Step-2
    2.Finely chop veggies and mix in suji curd mix
  • Step-3
    3.Add salt,chilli flakes,chat masala,cumin and add few drops of water to adjust consistency .Add baking powder and mix it
  • Step-4
    4.Heat a pan and brush it with oil,pour some batter and cover it with lid
  • Step-5
    5.Flip to the other side and cook till golden brown
