Ingredients

  • listcheckMushrooms 30gm
  • listcheckBrocolli 70gm
  • listcheckCapsicum 50gm
  • listcheckBoiled egg whites 3
  • listcheckTomato 40gm
  • listcheckOlive oil 4gm
  • listcheckGarlic 2gm
  • listcheckOnion 10gm
  • Method

  • Step-1
    Parboil brocolli. Chop all veggies in small pieces.
  • Step-2
    In a pan, hot oil, add chopped garlic and onion.
  • Step-3
    Add the boiled egg whites. Add salt, black pepper powder and vinegar (optional) as per taste
  • Step-4
    Add all the remaining veggies. Cover and Cook well. You may add some herbs of your choice like dried oregano, thyme etc.
