Step-1Parboil brocolli. Chop all veggies in small pieces.
Step-2In a pan, hot oil, add chopped garlic and onion.
Step-3Add the boiled egg whites. Add salt, black pepper powder and vinegar (optional) as per taste
Step-4Add all the remaining veggies. Cover and Cook well. You may add some herbs of your choice like dried oregano, thyme etc.
