it's very simple to make and you can eat this recipe in lunch it's so light and healthy..

Ingredients

  • listcheckbottle gourd 80 gm
  • listcheckcurd 50 gm
  • listcheckboild rice 25gm
  • listcheckcumin powder 1 tspn
  • listcheckrai 1 tspn
  • listcheckcurry leaves 10ps
  • listchecksalt 1 tspn
  • listcheckbutter 1 tspn
  • listcheckcumin seeds 1tspn
  • listcheckhing 1 pich
  • listcheckred chilli 2 ps
  • listcheckamul cream 2 tspn or home made malayi
  • Method

  • Step-1
    boil the bottle gourd for 10 minutes .
  • Step-2
    now grind it with curd in mixer grinder .
  • Step-3
    take a bowl and add curd and bottle gourd paste .
  • Step-4
    now add rice and mix well leaves it for 10 min .
  • Step-5
    after 10 min add 1/2 cup water in it and mix well .
  • Step-6
    now add cumin powder ,salt and cream/ malayi .
  • Step-7
    take a pan in high flame and add butter now add curry leaves, cumin seeds, hing , red chilli, rai fry it ..
  • Step-8
    now now we will mix everything together.
  • Step-9
    it's ready.. serve it in lunch .
