How to make & Soya Dhokla
Grind 50gm soya chucks into mixer ( without boiling it).
Remove it from mixer and add same exact quantity of rava into it that is 50gm rava or rice flour.Mix both together.
Add 100gm curd into it.
Bind all together and keep it for 60mins.
After that add salt, mirchi , masala.
Heat 2/3 cups of water in a vessel
Add one pinch of soda (ENO ) into it.
Add all the mixture into a plate and keep it over the vessel
Cover it with a lid for 20mins
Check with a knife is the dhokla ready to ear
Add tadka accordingly after that with coriander leaves for decoration.
