Ingredients

  • listcheck2 cucumber
  • listcheck50gms Rice Rava + Rice flour ( 25gms each)
  • listcheck20gms shredded coconut
  • listcheck2 green chillies
  • listcheckSalt
  • listcheckCoriander leaves
  • listcheck2 gms Ghee
  • Method

  • Step-1
    Step 1 - Mix rice flour, rice rava,coriander leaves,green chillies finely chopped,pinch of salt and 2 gms of ghee with water in one bowl. It should be bit watery not completely.
  • Step-2
    Step 2 - keep it for half an hour
  • Step-3
    Step 3 - Keep non sticky dosa pan on flame

    We can eat this dosa with yogurt and pickle or can be eaten directly.
