  • listcheck10g Butter
  • listcheck5g Garlic
  • listcheckSalt according to taste
  • listcheckFresh/dried Parsley or Coriander
  • Method

  • Step-1
    Clean the Prawns and drain all the water
  • Step-2
    Mince garlic
  • Step-3
    Heat butter in a pan and add the garlic
  • Step-4
    Sauté for a minute
  • Step-5
    Add the Prawns, sprinkle salt and cook for 3 minutes at the most as the prawns turn pink, they are ready.
