How to make & Minty Paneer Masala

Step-1

In a heated pan , add ghee then add fenugreek seeds.

Step-2

Grind mint , green chilli and coriander leaves.

Step-3

Add in a pan, sauté it for 2 mins. Now add paneer.

Step-4

Mix it well , add Indian spices , Dry mango powder , garam masala, curd , salt etc.

Step-5

Mix it well and cover the lid for 2 mins.

Step-6

Serve hot 🥵
