Being a Vegetarian 🌱 and a paneer lover , I always love to experiment with it. This is a minty Version along with some spices makes it a great snack.

Ingredients

  • listcheck75 g Paneer
  • listcheck50 g Mint leaves
  • listcheckShahi Paneer masala
  • listcheckGaram masala
  • listcheckDry Mango powder
  • listcheckSalt
  • listcheckIndian spices
  • listcheck1 tbsp curd
  • listcheckCoriander leaves
  • listcheckFenugreek seeds
  • listcheck5 g ghee
  • Method

  • Step-1
    In a heated pan , add ghee then add fenugreek seeds.
  • Step-2
    Grind mint , green chilli and coriander leaves.
  • Step-3
    Add in a pan, sauté it for 2 mins. Now add paneer.
  • Step-4
    Mix it well , add Indian spices , Dry mango powder , garam masala, curd , salt etc.
  • Step-5
    Mix it well and cover the lid for 2 mins.
  • Step-6
    Serve hot 🥵
