Step-1Take 150 grams of thick Chilled curd or normal Curd ( You can refrigerate it later)
Step-2Add 1 scoop whey protein to it. I have used Vanilla Flavor. (You can use as per the flavor available with you)
Step-3Mix the ingredients till you achieve desirable consistency. I have kept it thick.
Step-4No extra sugar needed as Whey is already sweet enough
Step-5Sprinkle some coffee powder over it (Optional)
Step-6Grate 10 grams of almonds over it (Optional as per your diet)
Step-7You can also garnish it with raisins, nuts, berries, apple etc (If that fits in your macros)
Step-8Enjoy the meal
