Step-1-Cook the soya granules in warm water for 5 mins.
-Drain the access water and keep it aside for 15 mins.
-Add salt, lemon juice and stevia in cooked soya and mix well.
-Heat the oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, finely chopped green chilies and onion. Sauté till the onions are golden brown.
-Add tomato to the pan and sauté it well.
-Now add the cooked soya and mix well . Cook it for 2-3 mins.
-Garnish with coriander
