How to make & Indo Chinese Chili Chicken Fry

Step-1

Heat Coconut Oil in Non stick pan and fry green chilis for few seconds.

Step-2

Add finely grated onion with some salt and heat until they are golden brown

Step-3

Add finely grated tomato and still fry it until it's mashed up

Step-4

Add Red Chili powder, salt, Turmeric and heat it for few seconds

Step-5

Add Chicken, Coriander Powder, Cumin Powder, Garam Masala and heat it for few minutes in medium flame

Step-6

Add chopped mint leaves, chili garlic paste and keep stirring occasionally with lid on until chicken is entirely cooked

Step-7

Add chopped coriander and Lemon and mix it well
