Quick Schezwan Stiry Fry Chicken (A bit Spicy!!)
This is by far the easiest , quickest and most palatable low cal chicken I have made. So here it goes:- Ingredients:- 1. Mixed herbs/pasta seasoning 2. Dark Soya sauce 3. Schezwan Stir fry sauce 4. Chicken breast as per your macros 5. 2-5 gm oil can increase as per your macro allowance. Recepie:- 1. Cut the chcicken breast into small cubes around an inch or so (comapred to a size of matar or pea) . Then heat a non stick pan and add oil as per your macros ( I use 5gm here). 2. Add chicken breast cubes to oil and saute it for 10-50 seconds. At this point add mixed herbs and 1tbsp soy sauce and 1 tbsp schezwan stir fry sauce. 3. Cook it on medium - low flame for 2-3 minutes at max since breast is already in small cubes thus it cookes very quickly. 4. When the chicken cooks and sauce thickens the recepie is done and now enjoy the recepie. Do let me know if you enjoyed it😁😬 Macros :- Protein:- 50gm ( 200gm breast used) Carbs :- 2gm Fats:- 10gm ( 5 from oil and 5 of 200gm breast) Total cals:- 298 cals Edit :- Overall time from sorting ingredients to finally in plate it takes just about 10 minutes !!
