How to make & Quick Schezwan Stiry Fry Chicken (A bit Spicy!!)

Step-1

Cut the chcicken breast into small cubes around an inch or so (comapred to a size of matar or pea) . Then heat a non stick pan and add oil as per your macros ( I use 5gm here).

Step-2

Add chicken breast cubes to oil and saute it for 10-50 seconds. At this point add mixed herbs and 1tbsp soy sauce and 1 tbsp schezwan stir fry sauce.

Step-3

Cook it on medium - low flame for 2-3 minutes at max since breast is already in small cubes thus it cookes very quickly.

Step-4

When the chicken cooks and sauce thickens the recepie is done!!! Enjoy this quick protein blast
