Nonveg Kobichi vadi Or Savory Nonveg Cabbage cake🍰(maharastrian Dish) in new way😍😍😍..its taste lie between kothimbir vadi to aluvadi.ingredients:-250gm of chopped cabbage,250 gm of chicken kheema ,1/2 cup of coriander leaves,1tsp ginger garlic paste,1 and half tsp of apple cider vinegar,2and half tsp of red chilli powder 1/4 tsp of turmeric ,1/2tsp of coriander powder,1/2tsp of cumin powder ,garam masala and salt as per ur taste. 20 gm of oil......for batter mixture:1)Firstly i made cabbage bhaji for the smooth texture in that(i add 15 ml of oil then put some mustard seed ,cumin seed and kadipatta.then add 1/2 tsp turmeric and and half tsp of red chilli powder then lastly add 200 gm cabbage and mix well.stir fry those mixture till cabbage are perfectly cooked and some of the cabbage get that little burn effect. 2) in chicken mince i add all remaining masala,raw 50 gm of cabbage for hard texture,coriander leaves and cabbage bhaji .mix this mixture. put all mixture on the small 6 inch or small steel plate . pouring all mixture on the plat adjust the thikness and shape.then steam thia cabbage cake for20 to 25 min .after cooking cool this cake @freezer. then fry the u r style.(u also give tadaka to cake with cumin ,musterd,til, coconut ,kadipataa)..enjoy ur nonveg cabbage cake. #keto #chicken #cabbagecake #greenmeat
