One pot meal

Ingredients

  • listcheckPasta 40gm
  • listcheckPaneer 75gm
  • listcheckCarrot 30gm
  • listcheckFrench beans 10gm
  • listcheckPeas 10gm
  • listcheckButter 7gm
  • listcheckSeasoning of own choice.I used peri peri
  • listcheckSalt
  • listcheckChilli flakes
  • Method

  • Step-1
    Heat oil in a wok or deep pan
  • Step-2
    Add butter and add chopped vegetables
  • Step-3
    Sauté for 2-3 minutes
  • Step-4
    Add tomatoes and add salt APT and cook for 2-3 min
  • Step-5
    Add uncooked pasta and mix well
  • Step-6
    Add 1-1.5 cup water and sprinkle seasoning
  • Step-7
    Bring it to boil and then reduce the flame
  • Step-8
    Cook for 5-6 mins and check soup consistency
  • Step-9
    Add more water if u like thin soups
  • Step-10
    Finally add paneer cubes and cook for 4-5 minutes
  • Step-11
    Adding uncooked pasta and cooking along with vegetables will give good consistency to soup
